Side Event at Transport and Climate Change Week
This side-event under the theme “Tracking Change” is aimed to promote dialogue and collaboration with African think tanks working in sustainable transport. The session will commence with an introduction by the Executive Director of Agora Verkehrswende, setting the scene. Following this, representatives from 3 think tanks (per region in Africa) will share a key insight from their recent work.
Since its first edition in 2017, the Transport and Climate Change Week has established itself as a successful format for dialogue, cooperation and exchange between developing countries and growing economies. From 4 - 8 November 2024, the 7th edition of Transport and Climate Change Week will take place in a virtual format.
