The session commenced with an introduction by the Executive Director of Agora Verkehrswende, setting the scene. Following this, four experts (per region in Africa) shared a key insight from their recent work.

Since its first edition in 2017, the Transport and Climate Change Week has established itself as a successful format for dialogue, cooperation and exchange between developing countries and growing economies. From 4 - 8 November 2024, the 7th edition of Transport and Climate Change Week took place in a virtual format.
